In the event of a Hostile Acquisition attempt by a fundamentally misaligned entity: the Stewardship Council is authorized to immediately open-source the Unitics OS Core Codebase and transfer stewardship of the Data Trust to an independent, mission-aligned non-profit foundation.

This Constitution is ratified by the Founding Team and comes into effect upon the appointment of the inaugural Stewardship Council. Amendments to Articles I and II require a 6/7 supermajority of the Stewardship Council and a public ratification period of no less than 30 days. The Teleological Anchor — "Humanity Comes First to last at the last" — shall not be amended under any circumstances.
