Unitics is not a typical technology vendor. We are a fiduciary ecosystem governed by the Unitics Constitution and the principle that Humanity Comes First to last at the last. By using our Services, you acknowledge and respect this unique legal and ethical architecture.
Use of Unitics Services is reserved for individuals and organizations whose primary activities demonstrably align with at least one pillar of the 3H Framework: Humanity, Habitat, or Heritage. We reserve the right to deny or revoke access to any User whose activities cause active, unmitigated harm to any of these pillars.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the Services.
Unitics provides access to a modular digital platform (Unitics OS) designed to reduce administrative friction and enable operational efficiency, including workflow automation, secure collaboration tools, and access to the H3 AI Proxy.
Membership includes access to self-organizing community spaces (Guilds). Unitics facilitates but does not control the interactions within Guilds.
Unless explicitly stated in a separate written agreement, Unitics does not provide consulting, legal, accounting, or managed operational services. We provide the scaffolding; you are responsible for building upon it.
You agree not to use the Services to: violate any applicable law; exploit or harm minors; transmit defamatory or fraudulent material; infringe intellectual property rights; upload malicious code; use the Services for surveillance capitalism, behavioral advertising, or unauthorized training of external AI models; or engage in activities that cause active, unmitigated harm to Humanity, Habitat, or Heritage.
You retain all ownership rights to the content, data, and intellectual property you upload or create within the Unitics ecosystem. Unitics claims no ownership over Member Content. By uploading Member Content, you grant Unitics a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to host and process that content solely as necessary to provide the Services.
The Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Unitics.org shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to Unitics in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your right to access the Services ceases immediately. You may export all Member Data within 30 days of termination. Unitics will delete all Member Data within 45 days of termination, subject to legal retention requirements.
