Unitics.org operates under a legally binding Data Trust Framework. This means we have a fiduciary duty to protect your data with the same care and loyalty that a trustee owes to a beneficiary. We do not own your data; we steward it.
This commitment is operationalized through full compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and emerging global privacy standards. But our standard is higher than mere compliance. Our standard is "Humanity Comes First to last at the last."
| Principle | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Data is a Fiduciary Asset | Unitics acts as Trustee of Member data with a legal and ethical duty of loyalty and care that supersedes commercial interest. |
| Purpose Limitation | Data collected and processed solely for enabling the H3 Economic Engine and Digital Scaffolding necessary for organic growth. |
| Radical Transparency | Members have the right to know exactly what data is held, how it is used, and with whom it is shared. |
| Immunity from Speculation | Member data shall never be sold, rented, or traded as a commodity for advertising, surveillance, or external AI training without explicit consent. |
| Term | Definition |
|---|---|
| Member Data | Any information relating to an identified or identifiable person within the Unitics ecosystem, including identity credentials, operational metrics, and communication logs. |
| H3 Operational Data | Data strictly necessary for platform functioning — login credentials, workflow triggers, system performance logs. |
| Derived Insight Data | Aggregated, anonymized data for improving services or reporting H3 Impact, stripped of all PII using differential privacy techniques. |
Unitics.org is designated as the Data Trustee. All Member Data is held in a legal trust structure separate from the operational balance sheet. This structural separation ensures that in the event of bankruptcy or acquisition, Member Data cannot be treated as a liquidable corporate asset.
"Unitics.org, as Data Trustee, owes each Member an undivided duty of loyalty and care. The Trustee shall not use or disclose Member Data in any manner that creates a conflict of interest with the well-being of the Data Principal or the 3H Framework."
Unitics shall not: (1) use Member Data to train External Foundational AI Models without explicit opt-in consent; (2) use Member Data for Behavioral Advertising or Psychographic Profiling; (3) sell or license raw Member Data to Data Brokers; (4) utilize Synthetic Media Detection in a manner that violates a Member's privacy.
Unitics maintains security compliant with ISO/IEC 27001 and SOC 2 Type II, including: AES-256 encryption at rest, TLS 1.3+ in transit, Zero-Trust Architecture with MFA for all administrative access, and a standing committee for Post-Quantum Cryptography migration by 2028.
